Executive Board Overview

The Executive Board is the governing body of the organization and consists of the Officers, Committee Chairs, Section Chairs, State Representatives.

The Executive Board meets six times a year on the 3rd Friday, every other month, starting in January. In addition to the Executive Board members, the Library Association Administrator and two contractors (Conference Manager and Technology Consultant) also attend. The meetings are open to all members except during executive session.
