Online Membership Application

Please read all three sections before you start.

To begin your online application, please see below and choose your dues level first. As you will see, this is based on an annual salary level, so if you work part time, figure out an approximate full time equivalent. There are also choices for retired, student, friends/trustees. Then click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.

The application form is broken down into several parts: your name, email, library information; an optional section to donate to the Educational Assistance Fund; the part where you can choose to become involved; and a place to put a preferred mailing address if you cannot receive mail at your library; and the security check where you decipher the six characters in the box and type them into the next box. Then click "Submit application".

NELA uses a secure online account for our credit card payments. But if you need to pay by check, use the printable membership form, print it out, fill in the form, and send it in with your check. We will send you an email confirmation no matter which form of payment you use.
