access to NELA’s Mentor/Mentee Program?

NELA is excited to announce that the 2025 Mentor/Mentee Program will have its first cycle this summer! Each cycle will have a sign-up window for mentors and mentees. Mentors and mentees will be matched at the end of each window and participate in a training workshop to begin and guide their relationship. This free, virtual workshop is a requirement to participate in the Mentor/Mentee program and will be at the end of July. Final date TBD.*

There will be an informational Q&A Session on Wednesday, July 16th at 10am about the Mentor/Mentee Program. You do not need to be a NELA member to attend the Q&A. This session is purely informational and is not a formal commitment to participate in the program.**
